Terms of Service
Last updated 24 July 2026
1. Who these terms are between
These terms govern use of Anthem Financial Hub (“the Hub”), software operated by Anthem Software (“we”, “us”) for its own internal use. They apply to every person granted access to the Hub (“you”).
The Hub is not offered to the public, not sold, and not licensed to anyone outside Anthem Software. If you have reached this page without having been invited to use the Hub, no rights are granted to you by it.
2. Access
Access is granted by invitation from an administrator and may be withdrawn at any time, for any reason, without notice. Accounts are personal to the individual they are issued to. You may not share your credentials, and you may not use another person’s account.
Two levels of access exist. Viewers may read the reporting in the Hub but may not change anything. Administrators may additionally edit financial records, invite and remove users, and connect or disconnect external systems.
3. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- extract, copy or transmit the data in the Hub for any purpose other than Anthem Software business;
- disclose client financial information to anyone not authorised to receive it;
- attempt to bypass the Hub’s access controls, or access data that your role does not permit you to see;
- connect the Hub to any external system without authorisation from Anthem Software.
4. Confidentiality
Everything in the Hub — client records, revenue figures, contracts, pipeline and expenses — is confidential information of Anthem Software and of its clients. You must keep it confidential both while you have access and after your access ends.
5. Connected systems
The Hub reads data from third-party systems including QuickBooks Online and Stripe. Your use of those systems remains governed by your agreements with their providers. We are not responsible for their availability, and a failure or change on their side may interrupt reporting in the Hub.
6. Accuracy, and what the Hub is not
The Hub is a reporting and reconciliation tool. It is notan accounting system of record, and it is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice. Anthem Software’s books of record are maintained in QuickBooks Online.
Figures shown in the Hub are derived from imported data and from records entered by hand, and may be incomplete or out of date — particularly where a data source has not yet been connected. Do not rely on the Hub alone for filing, lending, audit or tax purposes without reconciling against the underlying accounting records.
7. No warranty
The Hub is provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anthem Software will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue or data, arising out of use of or inability to use the Hub.
9. Ending access
Your right to use the Hub ends immediately when your access is withdrawn or when your engagement with Anthem Software ends. Sections 4, 6, 7 and 8 survive that ending.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes
We may revise these terms. The current version is always published here with its date, and continued use of the Hub after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
